An ultra comfortable one-bedroom cottage, the Hayloft is the perfect rural retreat with a stunning interior. It offers a comfortable open plan living space featuring a large contemporary and fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The lounge area has two comfy sofas, a large flat screen TV with a surround sound home cinema system and DVD and CD players. The stylishly furnished king-size double bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. There’s a balcony with wrought iron furniture and extensive country views down to the sea and the Langness lighthouse. Perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine.
Entry to the Hayloft is via a wrought iron staircase leading to a double door entry way with ample space for coats, shoes or walking boots.
All accommodation is on the first floor and there is parking adjacent to the property.
The Hayloft can be linked to The Granary (sleeps 4) offering the perfect blend of time with family and friends and privacy.

Families are welcome and cots can be provided.
There’s a trampoline and giant chess set in the grounds.
You’ll find peacocks, peahens and chickens wandering in the estate grounds, and of course horses in the neighboring fields and stables.
The entrance to The Hayloft is via a wrought iron staircase, so unsuitable for full time wheelchair users, once inside the property it is all one level

A deposit of £200 is required with all bookings and full payment of the balance is due 4 weeks before your holiday starts. A receipt will be issued. Details of our cancellation policy are outlined in the booking terms and conditions.
What is included?
The prices quoted for the cottages include, electricity, heating, linen and towels, all service charges, taxes and VAT. Towels and linen will be changed on request
Discount for multiple bookings
If you book two or more cottages for your holiday there will be a 10% deduction on the combined cost.
Two week breaks offer
Book one of the cottages for two consecutive weeks and 20% will be deductible from the cost of the second week.
