The Hayloft
The Hayloft is a luxury one bedroom cottage. Originally part of an old barn
the cottage was lovingly converted in 2007. Perfect for a couple, the cottage is
spread over one level and is bright and sunny. The space is very relaxing.
Set looking out over the south of the Island the Estate boasts magnificent
views down over Langness bird sanctuary and the lighthouse.
Grenaby Estates is delighted to have been awarded by the Isle of Man Department
of Tourism and Leisure, a Gold accolade for The Hayloft. This award has been given
to only 6 self-catering properties in the Isle of Man for providing exceptional
service and quality, judged by independent assessors of tourist accommodation,
to recognise the best achieving self-catering units on the Island.
Entrance Way
Accessed via a wrought iron staircase.
Double door entry way, with space to hang coats and a wooden chest to store
outdoor shoes etc.
Open plan living area
Large modern kitchen with a new Neff cooker, induction hob, microwave,
fridge and large freezer, washer/drier machine and compact dishwasher with a
dining room table that seats 6.
Spacious sitting room area with two comfortable sofas, 37 inch flat screen TV,
surround sound and home cinema system and CD/DVD player.
Bedroom
Comfortable king size bed with chocolate brown leather head board and tasteful
cream furniture, including a chest of drawers and two bedside units. Flat screen
26” TV on a bracket so that you can watch it whilst in the bath.
Large walk in wardrobe with internal lighting.
Bathroom
En-suite bathroom, with large double sink, bath with overhead shower and
ample storage space.
Extras
Broadband internet access and Sky TV available throughout the cottage.
Wrought iron seats and table for al fresco eating and drinking on the balcony.
Ample parking spaces.
Additional storage available for bikes, golf clubs etc.
